However, the Nespresso machines, while environmentally unfriendly, do not make the best tea for British guests. The staff is very helpful and friendly but may overlook some amenities. My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The rooms were very comfortable, but a bit small and offered a view over the air-conditioning system. They were a little overcrowded with tour parties, though. The service was exceptional, with a welcoming and eager team ready to assist with luggage storage and my late arrival. The location was wonderful, making it easy to get around the town on foot.
